Salix Group acquires Trejon Försäljnings AB.

Salix Group has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in the machine supplier Trejon Försäljnings AB. Together with the existing business in Kellfri, the acquisition strengthens Salix Group’s position in the forestry and agricultural machinery segment. Trejon had sales of approximately SEK 300 million in 2022/2023.

The acquisition of Trejon gives Salix Group access to a broader range of high-quality machines for agriculture, forestry and construction. This means a more complete offer to Salix Group’s customers, as well as synergies for the platform through, among other things, a larger supplier network and the opportunity to optimise the companies’ value chain.
